We are a division of Helping With Real Estate Consulting LLC, a FL licensed brokerage. The Senior Housing division was started by Tanya Eldert, who is not only the broker, but has a degree in gerontology and spent years running several senior facilities and an assisted living home in Maryland.
MY STORY
Tanya Eldert, Broker & Senior Placement Agent
In 1995, I started my journey working with seniors in Annapolis, MD. I did a wide variety of jobs including managing food and transportation at a senior day center. Worked as a program director in a memory care facility, and eventually became the Director of an assisted living facility that included a memory care unit.
I also graduated from University of MD University College with a degree in Management & Gerontology. After raising my daughter and moving to Florida I became a real estate agent then Broker in 2016.
I currently run the Helping With Real Estate Consulting & referral brokerage in New Port Richey, FL. I've authored several books over the years and spend my 'free time' on the boat and working with my family in our Ice Cream Shop.
We are blessed to have three generations of women working in our shop. Being a part of our local community gives me a window how we each fit in and how integral each generation is to those who follow.
